These terms cover your use of Grabio at trygrabio.com. By using Grabio you agree to them.

What Grabio does, and does not do

Grabio watches public reservation systems and alerts you when a cancellation frees a spot you are watching. We never book, hold, or reserve anything on your behalf. You book it yourself on the official system. A spot can be taken by someone else before you reach it, so we cannot promise any spot will still be available when you act on an alert.

Accounts and subscriptions

Grabio is a paid service with a 7-day free trial that takes a card up front. After the trial your plan renews at its listed price until you cancel. Billing runs through Stripe, and you can upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or change your payment method from the billing portal. There is no success fee: you pay for the subscription and nothing else.

Text alerts (messaging terms)

Text alerts are an optional channel on the Voyageur plan. When you opt in by texting your one-time code to our number, you agree to receive transactional campsite cancellation alerts from Grabio. Message frequency varies and depends on cancellations for the spots you watch. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using Grabio: email alerts work without it.

Acceptable use

Use Grabio for your own campsite and cabin watching. Do not resell the service, hammer it with automated abuse, or use it to interfere with the reservation systems we read.

No warranty and limits

Grabio is provided as is. The reservation systems we read are run by third parties and can change, break, or go down without notice, and we do not control availability. To the extent the law allows, Grabio is not liable for a spot you did not get, for a missed or late alert, or for indirect or consequential losses.
