Privacy Policy

Grabio watches public campsite and cabin reservation systems in Canada and the US and tells you when a cancellation frees a spot you are watching. We notify, you book on the official system. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can control.

Information we collect

• Account. Your email, and your name if you sign in with Google.
• Watchers. The parks, dates, and rules you ask us to watch.
• Billing. Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Phone number. Only if you opt in to text alerts. We store the number so we can text you, and never for any other purpose.
• Telegram. A chat identifier, only if you connect Telegram.

How we use it

We use your information to run your watchers and send the alerts you asked for, to bill your subscription, and to keep the service working and secure. Our alerts are transactional. We do not send marketing texts.

Text alerts and your mobile information

If you opt in to text alerts, we use your phone number and your consent only to send you transactional cancellation alerts for the spots you are watching. We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number or your mobile opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. No mobile information is shared with any third party for that purpose. You can stop at any time by replying STOP, or by disconnecting your phone on your account page.

Service providers

We rely on a few processors to deliver the service: Stripe for billing, Resend for email alerts, Twilio for text alerts, and Telegram if you connect it. They receive only what they need to do their part, and they process it on our behalf, not for their own purposes.

Retention and your controls

We keep your data while your account is active. You can turn off email alerts, reply STOP to end texts, disconnect Telegram, or delete your account, and we remove the associated data. Reservation systems we read are public and are not run by Grabio.
